UPDATE: EXTENDED ACTION DATES
1. Thursday, June 19th by midnight: inform Craig Screven cscreven@gmail.com) of your intent to participate.
2. Monday, June 23rd: artists receive a packet of pictures from the previous travelling exhibits. Choose the one(s) you would like to
recreate based on your interpretation of the work.
3. Friday, June 27: Fill out and send the entry form identifying your choices to work on, along with your entry fee. (If form fill or printing not working, provide ALL of the requested information in an email. Continue working

4. Saturday, July 26 - deliver completed artwork to CSUD 840, Germantown.

Dear AAVAG Member and Invited Artists,
The AAVAG Program Committee is at it again - or at least one more time. We have started the tasks for the next traveling exhibit, along with its associated 24-month calendar, to be ready for its first showing in October of this year. Then, as usual, it will hit the road in January of 2026. This time we are asking you to look back at artwork created for the previous 4 exhibits, pick out a favorite or two created by other artists, and use them as inspiration to either expand upon the original artist's intent or to interpret it as you see it.
The artist information packet is attached. Please use it for a better understanding of how this project works or as a refresher for those who have participated before. Once we receive your intention to participate, you will receive a packet with thumbnails of the previous works for your reference. (Click on the Download link to the packet now).
